Tenth - exhibited November 2001, Victoria & Albert Museum, London
by Spore and Simon Thorogood

Tenth was by collaboration. Simon Thorogood, Stephen Wolff and myself, commissioned by the Victoria and Albert museum.

The installation, situated in the Raphael Cartoon room, consisted of a 5 metre high asymetrical pyramid, containing 16 slide projectors. A gentle musical accompaniment was played on a small PA system. The installation reflected on the creative processes used by fashion designer Simon Thorogood, which include the juxtaposition of random elements, and cross pollination from other art forms.
